We try very hard to keep all of our items in stock, but occasionally we run out of a particular item. If the item that you are interested in is in stock with the manufacturer, we can usually order it for you; however if we do any special ordering, the product is non-returnable. The reason for this is that when we order something for you, the customer, we have to meet a “minimum” order with the manufacturer, which means that we almost always have to order extra merchandise to get your item in. If you were to return your product, we would have gone to quite an expense for no reason. We hope that you will understand our dilemma. We’d love to order for you if we are out of stock, we just must ask that you keep the item that you order (unless it is defective in some way, of course).
